Poster Submission (Students Only)

Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all students currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs.
  • Individual or group submissions are allowed
  • All research presented must be the original work of the participants
  • Each participant or group is allowed to submit only one poster.
  • Participants must be available to present their posters during the designated poster session at the conference.
  •  Posters are accepted in both Arabic and English.
  • All participants will receive a certificate of participation. Awards will be given to the top posters, and winners will receive a certificate of achievement along with their prize.

Poster Submission Guide

  1. Create your poster content with a focus on clarity and visual appeal. Use text, figures, and images to convey your research effectively.
  2. Maintain a uniform style for fonts, colors, and formatting for a professional appearance.
  3. Thoroughly proofread and edit your content to eliminate errors in grammar, spelling, and data accuracy.
  4. Save your poster as a PDF for compatibility and easy viewing.
  5. Submit the posters through registration form before January 20, 2025
  6. Authors will be notified by January 22, 2025
  7. If a poster is accepted, a presenter must be registered to secure your poster's inclusion in the program.
